The "White" House

Since it is good Friday...I thought some good reflection was needed before we dive into pictures. This song comes to mind
Were you there when they crucified my Lord?
Were you there when they nailed him to the tree?
Were you there when they pierced him in the side?
Were you there when they laid him in the tomb?
Sometimes it causes me to tremble, tremble, tremble.
What a sacrifice...for a father to make, for a man to make. I don't know how they did it, but I am so grateful they did. Praise the Lord!
Before: Yellow trim and country blue shutters. Brown shake shingles on 2nd Story.

After: Creamy White brick and trim, black/brown shutters, white shake shingles. Since this picture was taken, we have also hung shutters on the 2nd story window.

After

It feels so much cleaner and fresh and new. Thank you Richard for my valentine present! So sweet!

  1. Did you move? I need your new address. Haha, just kidding, it looks amazing, so fresh and so you. LOVE IT! Again you did it - ohhhh I keep forgetting to tell you about a HGTV show that makes me think of you called I think "First time design" and it is about people JUST LIKE YOU who love doing their own home remodel/design and then get to do it for someone else!!! You need to watch it for inspiration, but I am sure you already do!
